back in my student days, their promos + no GST/service charge meant I could treat myself guilt-free — & I love that this fast-casual spot is still just as affordable for a solid Korean fix. We had Carbonara Pasta w Steak Slices ($15.90), & elevated my meal w truffle (+$1). Creamy w mild truffle notes, but beef sirloin reminded us of bakkwa — would’ve preferred it more tender. I’d reorder the pasta, just swap out the steak next time. Rose Tteokbokki Pasta ($12.90) was mildly spicy cream sauce w chewy tteok that’s easy to enjoy! DIY Korean Rice Ball ($9.50) consists of cewy rice w tuna, seaweed, furikake & ebikko — not overly seasoned & q fun rolling them yourself LOL Had a 5 pcs honey butter & soy garlic boneless chicken mix ($8.90) which i loved bcos I’m lazy to separate bones, & their 6 pcs signature wings ($8.90) with the same mix of flavours, & you know Jinjja — their poultry doesn’t disappoint. Tried their Original Corn Dog ($4.50) which came nicely fried with a good batter layer. Also comes in 4 other flavours incl. truffle mayo & gochujang! Seaweed fries ($3.50) wasn’t too salty, but I’d love a bit more seaweed seasoning. Loved the crispy batter on their Onion Rings ($3.50) !! 4 pcs Cheese Sticks ($4.90) had an insane cheese pull & 10/10 would reorder bcos I love cheese. Drinks lean sweet — the Yuzu Tea ($4.50) was my fav (loved the yuzu bits) <3 Banana Milk was slightly syrupy, & Peach Sparkling Ade was refreshing but too sweet for my liking. They’ve just launched crinkle-cut chips (Cheesy Garlic & Rose Tteokbokki) — currently FREE w vouchers & meals to be won. Check their IG for the CRUNCH campaign. special thanks to our server for being incredibly friendly and super helpful & proactive !!

Had a really satisfying meal at Jinjja Chicken! We ordered the 12-piece fried chicken wings and the Volcano Fried Rice, and both were excellent. The fried chicken came in Honey Butter Soy and Spicy Yangnyeom flavors. The Honey Butter Soy was rich and slightly sweet, while the Spicy Yangnyeom had a great kick without being overpowering. Both were crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The Volcano Fried Rice was a pleasant surprise - it comes with boneless fried chicken, which was extra soft and tender, making it really easy and enjoyable to eat. Smoky, flavorful, and nicely balanced overall. Reasonable prices, bold Korean flavors, and definitely a spot I’d return to for Korean fried chicken cravings!

I visited JINJJA Chicken @ Bugis+ and had a great experience! I ordered the K-Boneless Chicken 6pcs with the combo (fries and drink), which was tender, flavorful, and the sweet-spicy sauce was just right. I also tried the Kim-Mari 6pcs, which were crispy on the outside and packed with flavor inside—very much like authentic Korean street food. For something heartier, I got the Volcano Fried Rice, which came with kimchi fried rice, scrambled egg, crispy popcorn chicken, yuzu salad, and baby potatoes. The presentation was fun, and everything tasted delicious. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the casual atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a quick Korean-style meal in Singapore.
